Did you know that nearly 2,200 dogs and cats get killed every day in shelters across the United States of America? Even though our Coalition for Pets and People doesn’t yet cover the whole USA, we are a local coalition that aims to reduce the number of animals euthanized to zero in the Animal Service Center of Mesilla Valley in New Mexico.
Are you wondering how we’ll manage to get zero animals euthanized? It will be done by changing local policy, educating the community, and building strong relationships between animal organizations.
Do you want to make a difference and help us along the way? You can do so by spreading the information that we’ve provided on this website. Either you refer other people to this website or you can print off our PDF brochures and hand it out to others. Every bit of help will be appreciated by us! You can also keep an eye on our calendar and join us in our goal.
